Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
